Shipments to within the UK should take a maximum of 15 working days. Shipments to the European Union or the Rest of the World may take a maximum of 28 days. This time frame allows us to make a lost package claim and ship replacements or refunds in a timely manner. Normally items will be received well before these deadlines but 28 days must pass before any refund or replacement can be sent.
We do not guarantee a delivery date unless you contact us to request one. We will not refund you or accept a return if an item is considered to have arrived late unless you pay for guaranteed delivery and have received confirmation that we can deliver to a particular date before you make the purchase.
Postage and packaging costs are dependant upon amount and delivery location:
U.K. Mainland and N. Ireland : 1.99 GBP for first item and 0.99 for GBP each additional item.
European Union Countries: : 2.49 GBP for first item and 1.49 for GBP each additional item.
Rest Of The World: 3.99 GBP for first item and 2.49 GBP for each additional item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items You will be fully refunded, including cost of return, for any product which is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped.
Wrong Sizes or Unwanted Items If you wish to return an item because you have ordered the wrong size or simple do not want the item then you can. For a size change you must cover all postage costs and a restocking fee. For unwanted items you will be refunded for the cost of the shirt minus postage and restocking costs.
We will not issue refunds for the return of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after the date of delivery.
Any purchase that has obvious signs of use i.e. has clearly been worn or washed.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.
To arrange collection of an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error, please send us an email.
It is vital that all returns are authorised by ourselves. All authorised returns will be given clear instructions. Any package that is unauthorised will be refused.
Remember, the returned item must be received by our returns department within 28 days of the date of despatch. We are not responsible for returns lost in the post.
