Payment Details: Debit or Credit Card payments are processed via Pay Pal or RBS Worldpay. All transactions are carried out on their secure servers. At no point do we have any access whatsoever to your card details. As we have no access to these details we have no ability to charge your card without your knowledge.

Ordering: You are responsible for supplying accurate information, such as your name and delivery address. All orders are subject to availability, if an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order you will be refunded. We have the right to refuse any order or cancel any order without reason.

Delivery: The Distance Selling Act allows a maximum of 28 days for your order to be delivered; beginning from the day payment is taken. If you do not receive your order by this date you will receive a refund or replacement by insured delivery. It is your duty to inform us if your order has not arrived by this time. If your delivery address is outside the U.K. you are responsible for all custom or import charges. If our courier cannot deliver the item they will leave a calling card; you are responsible for arranging subsequent re-delivery or collection. If the package it returned to us you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

Cancellation: U.K. customers can cancel their order under the rights detailed in the Distance Selling Act. Any item (unless explicitly stated on the item page) can be returned once received in its original condition. A refund minus P&P and handling costs will then be made. Any refunds will be made within 28 days of notification of cancellation. Any item received damaged or any item delivered incorrectly will be replaced or refunded.

Liability: We reserve the right to change any information on www.mrcloud.com without notification. We accept no liability for any error or changes made or any consequences resulting from this. Product images are as accurate as possible but changes to design may occur without notice. Monitor specifications may result in images appearing differently to that intended.
