This original Spinal Tap t-shirt features one of the 'Taps' custom designed amps. With the legend 'these go to eleven', 'This is Spinal Tap' written on the pre-amp and the classic 'Spinal Tap' logo on the main cabinet.
The idea behind this Michael Jackson t-shirt came whilst patronising a popular high-street coffee shop chain. Sitting near by were a group of foreign (possibly Spanish) students. Whilst most of their conversation was conducting in loud Spanish, a phrase was clearly made intelligible whilst I was leaving -'Billy Joel is not my lover'. What better legend for a Michael Jackson t-shirt?
